Question 1

How does the RUT deduction work?

Accepted Answer

Eligible home cleaning: you can deduct 50% of labour, up to 75 000 kr per year. We apply RUT on the invoice so you pay the lower amount.

Question 2

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

We use price ranges and send a personal quote for your home or premises. You see the price before we start. No surprise fixed totals on the website.

Question 3

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You provide cleaning products and supplies on site. Please have them available before each visit, and ensure we can access the property at the agreed time.

Question 4

Must I be home?

Accepted Answer

Not unless you want to. Many clients leave a key or door code.

Question 5

Not happy with something?

Accepted Answer

Email us within 24 hours and we return to fix it.

Question 6

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with at least 24 hours notice. In urgent situations, rescheduling is free and we find a new time together. With shorter notice without an urgent reason, a late cancellation fee equal to the scheduled labor cost applies without RUT deduction, as Skatteverket only grants tax deduction for work actually performed.

Question 7

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We invoice in arrears after each service with 14 calendar days net payment terms. We accept Swish, bank transfer (bankgiro), and invoice payment. The RUT deduction is applied directly on the invoice for eligible private customers.
